This morning all I wanted was a GM. After my weekend of FOOD and WINE I needed some clean in my life.

Plus I enjoyed a Kashi Banana Muffin ( recipe to come soon!).

Just what I needed this morning 🙂

Off to work! Busy week ahead

• Tuesday –TRACK + Helping a friend with her blog + taking a trip to the airport
• Wednesday– KB + Date Night 🙂
• Thursday– Bike Ride + End of the Year Sports Banquet
• Friday– Fun Run + Memorial FAMILY Camp Check in!!! (I am going to the camp too)

I have my second to last track workout tonight, before my marathon!! 5×1000@4:16!!!
