Finally a Lunch Post

Hi friends. I thought it would be fun to do a lunch post today. I am trying to mix things up around here.

SNACK

This mornings bowl of Oats really held me over, I almost forgot to have my mid-morning snack!

All the goods. Hubby and I dined outside, the weather is PERFECT today!

Summer Salad: Spinach, Blueberries, Strawberries, Goat Cheese, and Walnuts. (I ended up adding Mango Salsa but forgot to take a pic).

Look I have a money tree!! I got this while we were at Ikea 🙂 Love how green it is, my office really needed some color.

At lunch today I told Hubby that I need a plan. I feel like I need something to look forward to long term. Yes, God willing we will have kids one day and that will be fun 🙂 But what about the future?? We would both ultimately love to have a Bed and Breakfast in Alaska!! We would come back to CA in the winter of course.  We would love to have a B&B for  several reasons. First because Alaska is beautiful and second I LOVE TO HOST!! My ultimate Bed and Breakfast would be a retreat for people to get away and find peace. I have 20 years to plan it..better get on it 😉
