Friday Give-Away: Coach’s Oats

Come on friends let’s sing this song together… “Singing joy to the world All the boys and girls now Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea Joy to you and me.” We have made it to the weekend!!

LUNCH

For lunch today I brought a lot of yummy goodness.

I made some Apple Spiced Pork Tenderloin on Wednesday night and enjoyed some today for lunch with couse couse and white and red beans 🙂 I am not a fan of pork, I actually try and stay away from it. But they had a sale at F&E and I thought I would give it a shot. It was actually pretty good, but I will stick to chicken and fish.

FRIDAY GIVE-AWAY: Coach’s Oats

I buy my Coach’s Oats at Costco and they by far are one of my favorite oats out there. I really like the texture and the quick cooking time. They are similar in texture to steal cut oats, but quick so much faster!

Did you know? It only takes 1/3 cup of dry Coach’s Oats to make a full one-cup serving of delicious oatmeal – you would need 1/2 cup of rolled oats to make the same amount.

Why are Coache’s Oats so different??

Coach’s Oats are prepared in an entirely new way. The groats are toasted to bring the natural sugars to the surface of the oat, then cracked into small pieces. This patented Cracked n’ Toastedâ„¢ process means that Coach’s Oats are never mushy, always naturally delicious and cook in just five minutes on a stovetop or in the microwave.

So friends who would like to try some Coaches’ Oats??? I will be giving 10 NHS readers the chance to receive your own sample. That’s right 10 lucky READERS!!!
