Tonight’s dinner was 75% picked from the backyard!! Love having a garden.
Grilled Eggplant + Bell Pepper + Roasted Cherry Tomatoes + Newman’s Own Marinara (thanks to Foodbuzz’s Tastemaster program) + Fresh Basil
Hub made some delish Parmesan chicken that I added to my bowl of fresh veggies, all on top of whole wheat elbow noodles!
I love home cooked meals!!!! Watch out folks more fun recipes to come this fall. Already busting out my crockpot 🙂
Before dinner I got in one heck of a speedy 16 mile bike ride.
