Almost Friday!
This week has been GO GO GO! I am planning on a fun evening tomorrow night that includes dancing and wine 🙂
Last night, I went to KB and did an hour of intense shadow boxing with 3lb weights as well as hitting the heck out of the punching bag. Needless to say, my arms are feeling it this morning. After KB, I rushed over to my AD duties of sitting in on the school sport’s booster meeting then rushed over to Jamba Juice to grab dinner!
I had pineapple something (can’t remember the name) with added soy protein.
It was the perfect dinner to eat in the car. Last night was our Women’s Study and we laughed sooooo much and cried a bit ;) These girls are such gems and I am so blessed to be a part of their lives.
BREAKFAST
This morning, I had anticipated doing my second tempo run on my training plan, but got a text from my running buddy telling me that she was feeling it from her 10 mile run yesterday. I told her she should rest or go out for an easy run today, but a tempo run might be pushing it. So I decided I would run on my own this afternoon.
For breakfast, I was in a LAZY mood so I made cereal for breakfast, something I rarely have because it never holds me over.
In the Mix
- 3/4 c Kashi Go Lean
- 3/4 c Go Figure Crunch from F&E
- 1/2 Banana
- 3 Strawberries
- Soy Milk
Alright, time to get beautified and out the door!!!
