So one of my childhood favorites was Hamburger Helper 🙂 I never thought I would eat it again until I saw that they now sale a Whole Grain Helper!!!

Not only is whole grain, but it also is free of artificial flavors and preservatives!!!

I made my Helper with low fat milk and turkey to keep it light 🙂

The best thing about this meal is that it is super easy and quick to make!! It would be a great go-to meal when you are in a hurry, but keeping it healthy 🙂

To add some more nutritional value, I added my favorite veggies!!! English peas.

My bowl is on the right, the bowl on the left is empty. It’s going to be another late night for the Hub’s 🙁

Another dinner for one, HUBBY COME HOME QUICK!!!

I decided to take a night off from KB. Although I would have loved to teach, the craziness of the weekend has worn me out and an evening of chillaxin is so much more needed!!

Side Note—>In case you missed my new blogging space post this afternoon head over here.

Time to chill on the couch with Bosco and wait for the Hub’s to come home. They have final cuts tonight (he is coaching girls varsity basketball) he’s such a great coach!

Question: What is one of your favorite childhood meals?

  1. You can definitely see your expertise within the paintings you write. The arena hopes for more passionate writers such as you who aren’t afraid to mention how they believe. All the time follow your heart.
