Alright friends only 8 more weeks to go!!! It’s crazy how fast this summer is flying by!
This week was a little crazy seeing as we went out of town, but I still feel like I got in some great workouts!!

Swim: 1,900 yds
Yoga 90 minutes!
Thursday:
Bike ride: 22 miles
Sculpt: 60 minutes of weights
Friday:
6 mile fun run!
Saturday:
OFF
Sunday:
3 mile run + Weights

My thoughts:
I am so glad that even though I couldn’t do exactly what the plan said this week I still worked out on vacation!!!
This week will be a lot better I have already gotten in a great swim + spin!!!
