Well this might have been a week of training, but being sick threw everything out the door and I did what I knew my body could handle. I am not going to kick myself for it, not something I could control and obviously my body needed some rest ;)

Strength Training One day!
Not my finest week, but I am happy to be back and already have a swim, bike, and swim done 🙂
