Well this might have been a week of training, but being sick threw everything out the door and I did what I knew my body could handle. I am not going to kick myself for it, not something I could control and obviously my body needed some rest ;)

Monday: Spin + Weights

Tuesday: Thursday: Sick

Friday: 5.5 mile Run

Saturday: 15 mile Bike ride

Swim 0 yards

Bike 15  miles + 1 hour Spin Class

Run: 5.5 miles

Strength Training One day!

Not my finest week, but I am happy to be back and already have a swim, bike, and swim done 🙂
