This upcoming Saturday I have to work half day so today I get to go in at noon 🙂 I have to say starting the week with a half work day is pretty amazing!! I slept in until 6:30am and hit up the gym for a run + weights because I am a big woos when it comes to running in the rain and wind. At the gym, I did 4 miles on the dreadmill and 20 minutes on the elliptical machine with my new Health Mag. I also did some bicep / tri / shoulder workouts with free weights and then my ab workout.
After I finished at the gym, I hit up Fresh and Easy and look at the loot that I brought home!
Everything to the left is mostly mine.
The middle, Hubby and I will both enjoy.
To the right is all Hubbyâ€™s.
I also bought some extra produce for me to use for juicing.
I also picked up two new soups to try: tomato and lentil.
I am not going to be able to make dinner a lot this week, so I purchased some to-go dinners as well.
Plus a new cereal to try out 🙂
After all the heavy food I ate this weekend, I couldnâ€™t wait to have a GM for breakfast!
