The 20-Day Holiday Shred

20 Workouts in 23 Days… Shred it off!

Every year, the average person gains 3-5 pounds (or more) between Thanksgiving and Christmas. This year, do something about it and don’t be average, do the Holiday Shred! Why not get in awesome workout with me!!

There will be no holiday weight gain this year.
  • Dates: November 28-December 20th
  • Times: Every day you will get a brand new video workout (a link) that you can do at home, workout will be 20 minutes long.
  • Location: At your very own home!!

What You Can Expect: A high intensity video of interval training, all you will need is 8-10lb free weights and a yoga mat. You will have 6 days per week, with 20 workouts in 23 days!! Every muscle will be worked and every energy system for an intense post holiday shred!

I know it’s hard to get to the gym during the Holidays so I thought I would bring the gym to you!!!
