I finally learned how to use my Juicer!!! I won this randomly from Food Buzz back in December and I canâ€™t believe I have waited this long to test it out. I just get really nervous around big kitchen appliances. I am all about simplicity!
I used all of these lovelies in my juice (I did peel the lemon first).
As you can see, I was a little nervous 😉
It actually was VERY EASY to use. Just stick the veggie/fruit in and watch its’ juices fill the cup.
The colors were so vibrant.

I am not afraid to try anything 🙂 It actually tasted sweeter then expected, but the lemon over powered everything!
Now I need to do some research on juicing and share with all of you the wonderful benefits!
Today was my first day of Marathon training. I am training for the San Diego Rock and Roll again!!! Last year was so fun, I just have to do it again! I have 16 weeks to train for it and I am shooting for another Boston Qualifying time for next year. I really want to go to Boston one more time before I have kids!

I went to bed early (10pm) last night in order to get up at 5am for my speed workout!
10-20 min warm up
3 x 1600m @ 7:02 (1 min rest in between)
10 min cool down

Look what I found in the pantry this weekend!!!
I decided to make Cinnamon Apple Oats to go with my juice.
I made banana whipped Oats and topped them off with Honest Food Plank Bar, Half an Apple (I nuked it for a minute), and a spoonful of AB.
Time to start my day at work 🙂
