Happy Friday!!

Ok so I have figured out that less sleep is better for me. For some reason if I get 6-7 hours of sleep I can just pop out of bed! That’s what happened this morning, 5:30am wasn’t so bad and the 6 miles I ran felt great. Best part was coffee and breakfast with friends 🙂
