More about why I chose NESTA to come this afternoon ๐Ÿ™‚ I am so excited I finally took the plunge. In less then 90 days I will be a Certified Personal Trainer! This has been a long time coming.

The Mix

  • 1/3 cup oats, milk, water
  • Pinch salt
  • Half banana
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup Fage, stirred in at end
  • Mix My Granola
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Organic PB

I am eating at my desk this morning, because I woke up a little later then normal!

Ok, so today marks the first day of LENT. I got some great ideas from all of you yesterday and have decided to do something a little different this year. Instead of taking something away, I am going to be adding something. This year for Lent I am going to be writing a letter a day, to family and friends. I think the art of snail mail is something that needs to be brought back in my life again ๐Ÿ™‚ Plus, who doesn’t love getting MAIL?!
