For lunch we stopped at Carl’s JR. I was a little scared at first, but I saw that they had a new salad menu so I ordered the Chicken Cranberry Walnut Salad, supper GOOD!!!

After lunch we stopped by the Schat’s Bakery to pick up some bread. This brings back so many memories from when I was in High School! We would stop here all the time while on our way to Mammoth cross country camp.

I am enjoying my first Bud Light Golden Wheat Beer while we get ready to head out to the village. The beer is ok, more wheat then citrus but good. Loving this vacation already.

Question: When was the last time you took a road trip??
