Good morning friends! Thank you all for the sweet words about my race!! You all are too sweet. I am feeling good today, a little sore but nothing Yoga can’t fix 🙂
Let’s get this week started on the right foot. Let us all be thankful for everything we have and reflect on the wonderful things that we have all been blessed with 🙂 Life it too short to be stressed and worried.
Now it’s time for the Monday Meal Plan!
This week I was inspired by a few cook books to make some of our favorites!
Yesterday we stocked up! I checked out a local fruit stand that sales a lot of local produce. They had a lot better deals then some of the Farmers Markets I have been visiting. I will be back! I also hit up F&E for a few other staples.
I spent a lot more this week, because our fridge was getting pretty empty. Here is a re-cap of how our RFC Budget is going so far.
Week 4 : 64.49
Budget: $375…($75 a week)
Left Over for March: $39.59
I am really hopeful that we will make our budget!!
This morning I woke up a bit earlier then I would for my day off, thanks to the RAIN! I got some reading in and then made a warm bowl of oats to warm my soul.
Now time to make this Monday meaningful 🙂
