Yesterday was so jammed packed, as every Wednesday is. I have been taking the Kettle Bell class at my gym right before I teach KB(kickboxing) and it always feels like I got my butt kicked by Jillian Michael’s 😉
Needless to say I passed out when I got home and was STARVING when I woke up. This rainy weather called for a warm bowl of oats.
Rainy Day Oats
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch salt
- Homemade Granola
- Organic PB
- Drizzle of honey
- dash of sliced almonds
- handful of bb’s
- scoop of Fage (for protein)
I always mix it together after I take a pic 😉
Question: Do you mix all of your toppings in with your oats, or do you you get a little every time you take a bite?
