BREAKFAST

Woke up on the groggy side this morning. My weekend really wore me OUT (in a good way). This morning I knew exactly what I needed to start my week with a smile, Oats of course.

In the Mix:

• One batch of banana whipped oats 
• 2 tbsp raisins
• handful of My Mega Munch
• drizzle of Almond milk
• + one spoonful of TJ’s golden flax AB

Workout Plan for the week:

I only managed to get one day of P90X in last week, which I was perfectly fine with because I still worked my tail off but I need to step it up this week.

Monday: Teach KB 

Tuesday: Core Synergistic

Wednesday: Trail Run + Yoga

Thursday: Shoulders/Arms and AB Ripper

Friday: Fun 6 mile Run

Saturday: KB+Hot Yoga 

Sunday: 10-12 mile run

Off to work!
