HAPPY MONDAY!!! A fresh new start to a brand new week ๐
This week’s meal plan is pretty simple as I am trying to clear everything out of our fridge before we head to the Bahamas this weekend. I am also trying to make things in the crock pot as I will have clients every night and my workouts at the gym will be longer!
Breakfast:

Protein Smoothies
Snacks:
Cottage Cheese and Blueberries
Chobani
Homemade Protein Bars
Lunch:
Chicken Salalds
Tuna Salad Wraps
Leftovers
Monday: Crock Pot Honey and Sesame Chicken
Tuesday: Fish + Chicken Tacos
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Jamie Eason’ 3 Bean Chili
Friday: Homemade Pizza (as I will be packing like crazy)
Saturday: Cruise!
Sunday: Cruise!
