This week I am really trying to use everything in the pantry and fridge. I might have to make a pit stop at the Farmers Market on Thursday, because we don’t have a lot of fruit on hand, but I am going to try and push it until then. We have two night out this week, so that shouldn’t be too hard.
This morning I did some blogger work and started on my PFT courses. I am going to have to start working these into my days off, because 90 days will creep up on me faster then I know!
PREPPING IN THE KITCHEN
All morning I have been prepping and cleaning! One thing that has changed while doing the RFC is that I have been living in the kitchen. The bad part is when you cook a lot you have to CLEAN a lot too ๐ At least I love to do both. Here is a sneak peek of what I have been up to.
LUNCH
I enjoyed leftovers from last night ๐ I just added a little steamed spinach + goat cheese.
Great fuel for this afternoons long run!

Now I am go to take a lunch break and watch "The Next Best Restaurant". Then it’s off to run some errands!
