Motivation Tip: Mini Goals
Last week I realized that I havenâ€™t made a mini goal in a while. I used to make mini goals all the time. My mini goals are focused on things I try and accomplish one week at a time. By doing this it helps me to stay focused and not overwhelmed! I set a mini goal last week to not leave anything in my car. I have a bad habit of leaving water bottles and jackets in my car and then they just build up and I get really stressed from the mess. So far so good!
This week my mini goal is to read for 30 minutes everyday no matter what!!! I love to read but for some reason I have found TV has been getting in the way of my reading time.
