Nachos and Melons

Ran..Emptied Inbox..Cleaned House..Baked..Fun Dinner..now blog time..ready go!

So as soon as I got done watching Gaita in the Kitchen this afternoon I ran out to the market to create her Melon and Mint Slush! Just three simple ingredients, melon, mint, and ginger ale.

With 3 cups of crushed ice.

Oh YUM! This is the most refreshing summer drink I have ever had. WOW!

For dinner I used the chicken from last night and made spicy nachos!

I baked a whole wheat tortilla in the oven for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. I then topped it with fresh guc(1 small avocado, 1 chopped tomato, cilantro) a little cheese, and Greek yogurt.

Time to get a few more chapters in of Eat Pray Love. I am in a rush to finish before August 13th!!!!
