Oh YUM! This is the most refreshing summer drink I have ever had. WOW!

On to Tina’s Banana Oatmeal Chip Cookies!

I could have just eaten the BATTER!!!

In they go!

Out they come. Aren’t they cute?

For dinner I used the chicken from last night and made spicy nachos!

I baked a whole wheat tortilla in the oven for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. I then topped it with fresh guc(1 small avocado, 1 chopped tomato, cilantro) a little cheese, and Greek yogurt.

With a glass of Melon and Mint Slush:)

Plus two cookies 🙂

Time to get a few more chapters in of Eat Pray Love. I am in a rush to finish before August 13th!!!!

What a day 😉
