Can you believe this is the last day of 2012? Where did the year go!?!?!!
As always I love to reflect on the year and remember all that was had..the good, the bad, and the joy! Loved that our Christmas Card did that for us
So let’s look back at the goals that I set for 2012.
Physical. Mental. Spiritual
Physical
- Do Jamie Eason’s 12 Week Trainer Program (starting January 2nd) FINISHED AND LOVED IT!
- Do three more races this year. This could me anything from a half marathon, triathlon, or a century bike ride! Planning on Run through Redlands in April, A local Triathlon in March, and the San Diego Rock-N-Roll in June. Ran the Run Through Redlands Half, The Mission Inn Half, and did our own Turkey Trot 10k!
- Do yoga once a week, (at least). Failed at this! Need to get better!
- Eat more protein everyday (at least 50 grams) and 3 cups of veggies (at least). DONE!
Mental
- Organize all of our adventures into books using Blurb.com. WORKING ON!
- Organize all photos on computer and put them on to my hard drive. Off the computer now just need to organize on my hard drive.
- Use my REAL CAMERA again and use my new light box!! Less iPhone pics. Started the year off great with this, need to get back at it!
- Follow this organization calendar to get my house de-cluttered. FAIL!
- Makeover guest room. Paint walls, get new bedding, hang pictures on walls, and clean out closet. Painted rooms, got new bedding, hung pictures and cleaned out closets! But still need a little furniture work.
- Get rid of 50 things by the end of June and 50 more things by the end of December. DONE!!
- Do one crafty thing a month. I miss being crafty!!! I actually did really good at this, thanks to Pinterest and I plant to keep at it!
- Get Personal Trainer website up and running. Decided to add it to the Blog, need to work on the banner for it. Guess who got NHerShoes.com!!! ME!!!
- Put flooring in garage for my studio. FINISHED!
- Make the Laundry room a peaceful space. Add shelving above washer and dryer. Use our built in storage more efficiently. Done! Now just need new flooring!
Spiritual
- Write in my prayer journal at least 3 times a week. Thanks to SheReadsTruth this was accomplished!
- Let my yes be yes and my no be no. Stop over committing and having to cancel plans last minute! Working on this… baby steps!
- Pour into the new church we will be going to starting in January. Go every week if I am not working. The hour drive got tough so we are going back to our home church and are excited that is where God has us.
- Volunteer for a cause at least three times this year. I did this twice, didn’t get the third one in Â
- Read scripture everyday. Maybe missed a few days, but did better then past years!
- Send one letter/card out a month. Handwritten notes are such a beautiful thing. I did Christmas Cards and that’s about it, fail!
- Do one random act of kindness everyday! Working on!
- Pray with my Husband every night. Started out good, then it faded! but we are committed this year to every night!
So what’s for 2013??
