One Sweaty Beast

Is what I am after I teach KICKBOXING! Man I wonder how many calories I burn in the hour?!

I am so glad I had leftovers from our FREE LUNCH at work today so I didn’t have to cook. I made sure to load up on the grilled veggies in marinara sauce.

I also had some Sheepherders Bread for dipping, I will be sad when it is all gone.

I was SOOOOO THIRSTY that I just drank the rest of the Light Lemonade straight from the bottle, it was sooooo good! I think my body was really craving the sweetness.

Do you crave sugar or salt after a workout?

Time to hit the hay! I have Friday Boot camp in the morning and I have the whole morning to myself I don’t have to be at work until noon.
