Happy National Running Day!!!
Now days there is a day for everything. Sadly I missed my track workout, the sun really wore me out yesterday. No worries I will get it in tonight! I only have 6X400’s and then I am going to hit the gym 🙂
BREAKFAST
Overnight Oats! I just love LOVE love this way of eating oats.
Blueberry Banana Walnut
- 1/2 cup dry rolled oats
- 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp-ish of ground flax
- 1/2 banana sliced
Added in the Morning
- 1 Small handful of chopped walnuts
- Couple sliced grapes
- A splash of Pure Maple Syrup
- A splash more of Almond Milk
- handful of Kashi Go Lean Crisp (this stuff is amazing)
Best start of a summer day :)
I am nervous to see how many emails and voicemails await me at the office..three deep breaths..and I am off!!!
