Overnighting It

Happy National Running Day!!!

Now days there is a day for everything. Sadly I missed my track workout, the sun really wore me out yesterday. No worries I will get it in tonight! I only have 6X400’s and then I am going to hit the gym 🙂

BREAKFAST

Overnight Oats! I just love LOVE love this way of eating oats.

Blueberry Banana Walnut

  • 1/2 cup dry rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp-ish of ground flax
  • 1/2 banana sliced

Added in the Morning

  • 1 Small handful of chopped walnuts
  • Couple sliced grapes
  • A splash of Pure Maple Syrup
  • A splash more of Almond Milk
  • handful of Kashi Go Lean Crisp (this stuff is amazing)

I am nervous to see how many emails and voicemails await me at the office..three deep breaths..and I am off!!!

Question: Do you prefer email, text messages, or phone calls??? I LOVE EMAIL!

P.S. Sadly we didn’t make the Envitote quota for the $300 to go toward Kristen’s TNT efforts. But I am still going to give her a generous donation and so can you 😉 Hope all that bought the Envitote  love it as much as I do!
