I really think the best thing for the body is MIXING it up! I know I have said this a million times, but itâ€™s true!!
Tonight as I sweated my little tush off at KB and I thought to myself is there a workout I donâ€™t do? I love that I have the opportunity to run, do some P90X, do Hot Yoga, teach KB, and cycle. Doing all of these in combination to eating healthy really makes my body smile 🙂
When I got home dinner once again was waiting for me and I didnâ€™t have to lift a single finger, thanks to Mr.CP.
Ok I did lift a little finger, because I baked up some brussel sprouts for 20 minutes at 400 degrees in the oven. I NEED NEW PANS!
Mr. CP did goooood!
I threw in two chicken breasts, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup(light), 4 chopped carrots, and 1 chopped russet potato.
All on top of the BS 😉
BOOKS THIS SEASON
So our Thursday Night Study group and my Womenâ€™s Study group all start this month. What does that mean? I will be reading a combination of three different books all at the same time! Our Thursday night group is switching between Captivating and Wild at heart (read both before I got married) and my Womenâ€™s study is reading Sacred Marriage. I am really excited about going through all of these books and hanging with friends 🙂
