I did it! I ran my first 3 miles after a week long hiatus 🙂 It felt great to get my sneakers out of the closet and just run. I loved running “naked” this morning. No Garmin, no iPod, no schedule, no time limit, loved it!!

When I got back home I decided to try out the P90X Kenpo DVD, ya that lasted about 5 minutes! I don’t want to knock it, but it’s not half as tough as my KB classes! We do a lot of the same moves and we actually have bags. So if you don’t have a local KB class then this workout is great, but for me I will stick to KB.

Plan for the day:

  • Teach Sunday School
  • Sweep, Mop, and Dust
  • Yoga (Deep, Long, Stretch)
  • Relax!!
