My 12 mile run this morning was a huge success! Angie and I met up at Panera Bread at 6am to tackle the streets of Redlands.
Before I left I ate my normal ww toast+AB+1/2 banana to give me my energy. I also brought a long my new GoLite Hydration bottle. GoLite sent me this bottle a little while ago and I have been waiting to take it on my first long run!! It worked great! Kept snug in my hand the whole time and was easy to swig while I ran.
We finished in under two hours and averaged a 9 mile pace! When I got home I made a Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake 🙂
- 1 c soy milk
- 1 c ice
- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of AB
Church was fun, Hubby and I taught the little kids in Sunday school about praying without ceasing. It wasn’t easy, but they still had fun!
LUNCH
When we got home I tried to lay down to take a nap but no luck. I have so much to do today my mind was just spinning and my tummy was GROWLING!
I made a concoction of leftovers for lunch.
- Potatoes
- Black Beans
- Cooked Carrots
- Avocado
- Corn
- One Egg
Nam Nam
After lunch I had a handful of Peanut Butter Pretzels, I needed SALT!!!
I need to clean the house and prep for the week and I have something fun to share with you all tomorrow morning!!!
