We are past the 50 day mark of the RFC! Everything is still going well, but we have added a few new amendments as of yesterday.
We have decided to add some natural sugars (evaporated cane juice and Stevia) as well as make a few adjustments while out with friends and family. I know this is HUGE..but that’s how the cookie crumbles. For those of you doing the challenge along with me, you may choose to stick to the original rules. We have to do what’s best for our family.
So why the amendments?
We want the REAL FOOD CHALLENGE to be a way of LIFE. I want to continue the Real Food all through my life in general, but we are going to give ourselves a little bit of a break when it comes to family and friends houses.We don’t want to KILL ourselves over the next 50 days, but still want to eat as REAL as possible.
So what does this mean? Still NO preservatives, sugar, or fried foods 99% and were sticking to organic and foods as well. This just give us some wiggle room at family and friend events.
Speaking of family events…look who celebrated their 15th birthday!
