Sunday Run Day Fun Day

Hey friends!!!

It’s already been a go go go kind of Monday 🙂

Yesterday was so much fun!! It started with an awesome 7 mile run with Susie

The HEAT kicked our BUTTS !!

Then I was off to a pool party at a local Spa an Resort:)

I love summer!!!

This morning I was up nice and early and Swam 30 minutes and then went on a glorious 14 mile ride with my friend Karen!!!

I am now devouring my lunch!!! A mushroom, spinach and chicken whole wheat burrito!!!

Off to the market and then I must clean the house it’s a disaster!!!!!
