Saturday

After boot camp yesterday I went and got my hair done by one of my besties! I was almost about to chop it all off, but she said NO WAY! Instead she gave me such a cute new cut with lots of LAYERS! Love it 🙂

Sunday

We called it a night early on Saturday, because I was up at 4:30 this morning ready for my last long run before Chicago! The plan was 20 miles and I was going to do it no matter what.

Thankfully I felt great, but sadly my running buddy Suzie got really sick. I ran with her back at mile 16 and then finished the last 4 miles on my own, which of course were the hardest. I always ALWAYS always hit a wall at mile 18 no matter what! I knew it was all mental and said to myself, “Pain is temporary…Pain is temporary”. Finished strong and then enjoyed a HUGE breakfast burrito (sorry no pic) with the running crew. TWO MORE WEEKS!!

Once I got home I showered and then headed to our second birthday party of the weekend to celebrate my BFF Ginger’s Hubby’s birthday (far right) he turned the big 30!!

As if my weekend wasn’t crazy enough after the Birthday Party I went and taught KB! I know crazy right? I am just happy I survived 😉 When I got home I made a quick and delicious plate full of healthy nachos and enjoyed one more adult beverage for the weekend, I think I earned it 😉

I spent the rest of the evening being a domestic goddess…cleaning, meal prepping, lunch making, and my favorite BAKING! I wanted to bring a special little treat to work tomorrow. More to come about what it is…any guesses??
