Half-way through the week!!!
This morning I used the power of positive thinking to get me out of bed. My body was sore all over from last nights intense circuit training! I had a 4 mile run this morning planned at 5:45 which meant I had to roll out of bed at 5:15am. Good thing I had this sticky note (thanks operation beautiful) to help me get pumped!!
There is nothing like a cool morning run to start off your day!
When I got back home I was in the mood for something sweet and crunchy!
In the mix: Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, Puffins Cereal, Zoes Granola, Sliced Almonds, and 1 tbsp of organic honey.
I am excited about tonight, I am helping plan a birthday dinner for a friend at work. We are making stuffed shells, Cesar salad, French bread, and playing a little Frank Sinatra in the mix! After dinner we are headed over to a new wine bar in town that I have been dying to go to. See you late tonight!
