Wow! I didnâ€™t realize the impact this mornings post would have on some folks. First off let me apologize for being ignorant to the fact that some of my readers one time or another have struggled with an eating disorder (as I have). Please forgive me if I have caused any harm. My intent was just to open up to you all about a PLAN (not a diet) that was introduced to me by my Kettlebell instructor. Please except my apology 🙂
Now let me offer a HUGE THANK YOU to all who have had some major concern with the plan and have been completely honest with me. I LOVE YOU ALL! This is just another great reason I love having a blog, because of your questions and concerns I have had to step back and really think about this plan.
For one thing I had NEVER intended to stick to such a LOW CALORIE intake (this was just given to me), but I should have made that more clear. I do intend on talking with my instructor about a more realistic HEALTHY goal for me, because I am so active.
Plus you are ALL right I too think that I DONâ€™T need to lose any weight, I am just trying to build lean muscle and get into the best shape for me. Oh and I do LOVE TO EAT. So my intensions were to only follow the plan 80% of the time and enjoy REAL food.
With all that said, it is all about a healthy balance and after looking over the plan it is really rigid and most likely going to make me cranky, so I have decided to stick to what I am doing! Which is eating REAL FOOD and just make sure I am getting a little more protein (from food not shakes) so that I can build some lean muscle while working out.
Once again I apologize if I caused you any harm.

P.S. I ran 9 miles today in the rain and it felt AMAZING!!!! Now time to eat some real food 😉
