The 150-Calorie Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

When tying to stick to a healthy diet, one shouldn’t have to skimp on dessert! I wanted to come up with a delicious treat that wouldn’t cost me an extra 500 calories and 15 grams of fat!

I LOVE me some dark chocolate, so I came up with a creamy ice cream treat that will entice the chocolate lovers’ taste buds in you!

The 150-Calorie Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 serving

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed.
  2. Pour ice cream mixture into a bowl and freeze for about 1 hour.
  3. Enjoy

  3. Soy and almond milk have around the same consistency so you shouldn’t have a problem.

  4. I wonder how this would taste with PB2 instead of the actual butter! Definitely gonna have to try it once I make it back to the store!
