Yesterday pretty much looked like this all day 🙂 Chilling at the pool with my cuz.
Then I rushed home to make dinner for the Beavers. Each of their friends signed up to bring them dinner one night this week and tonight was our night :) I decided to try a new recipe out of my Cooking Light Magazine: Walnut and Rosemary Oven Fried Chicken.
+ Brown Rice
Grilled Veggies: Zucchini, Summer Squash, Brussels Sprouts, with a little EVOO.
and for dessert I made some of Tina’s Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, minus the banana because we were out. I also added in 1/2 c natural peanut butter. They were a big hit!

For breakfast I made some Mega Munch waffles topped with blueberries, strawberries, Greek Yogurt, and a little pure maple syrup.
Off to get some coffee, I am all out!!!
