Why no matter how many times I organize or clean, there is always something else to do?! I will say that this summer we have gotten a lot of projects done around the house and I am pretty proud about it.

Still on the list:

  • Guest room after Bro moves out
  • Backyard
  • Paint the house
  • Get new window

This morning my alarm failed me AGAIN! I so need to start setting two alarms. I still got up at 6:30 and went for a 5 mile run alone. I am so used to running with friends that running alone was mentally challenging. I ran a lot faster than I have in a while because I just wanted to get it done! I managed to whip out a time of 40:38! Average mile 8:05!

Well I shouldn’t say I ran alone the High School Boys Cross Country team joined me 😉

When I got home I played in the kitchen!

Can you believe I have never made my own omelet?! I know shocking! Well today was the day I created a masterpiece.

In the Mix:

  • 1/2 c egg beaters
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 c green onions

I topped my Veggie Omelet with a little light provolone and placed on a bed of black beans.
