Swim: 3, 200 yds
Bike: 40 miles + 1 hour Spin Class
Run: 22.5 miles (WOOT! )
Misc: Hot Yoga + Kickboxing
Weight Training: 2 days + kettlebells
How I felt: Last week was awesome! I got in some great workouts in and my body is feeling like a real athlete! I really just need to make sure I am fueling properly!! I haven’t really been doing too many brick workouts, as fasr as bike + run…but it’s all good, I am confident that I’ll be fine.
GOALS FOR HIM:
Goal A: TO GET THROUGH THE SWIM!!!
Goal B: TO FINISH!
Simple goals 🙂
WOOOHOOO only 18 more days until the BIG RACE!!!!!!!!!
