I believe one of the best ways to start a Friday is a nice and relazing Yoga practice! I was supposed to go on a run with a friend, but something came up and she couldnâ€™t make it. I am not a huge fan of running alone in the dark so I decided to do some much needed yoga instead.
I did one of Pollyâ€™s wonderful videoâ€™s Peace, Joy, Love Yoga.
Speaking of Yoga I have a reader question that I thought I could throw out to you for ideas.
Q: Do you know of any good DVDs? I try to stay away from any teachers that are really into the meditation. I’m going to order Polly’s DVD, do you have it? I own the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga, but I think I’m ready for something a little more advanced.
I love Pollyâ€™s videos because they are short, but very intensional and I can do it from my own living room! Note to self, MORE YOGA FRIDAYS!
For breakfast I made some Coconut and Nanner French Toast!
I mixed 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, and a splash of soy milk. Dipped in two pieces of Whole Wheat Toast and cooked on the stove.

I topped my Toast with Barney Butter, a little Pure Maple Syrup, and Bananas of course! With some Kiwi served on the side.
This week I have managed to have something different every day for breakfast, which is such a rare occasion but has kept breakfast a lot of fun!
Do you tend to eat the same thing for breakfast, or do you mix it up a bit?
