I AM AWAKE! Apparently my body needed 10 hours of sleep last night, because my eyes never opened until 7am! I know I was lacking sleep, but I haven’t had that much sleep in a LONG time! Needless to say I feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

For breakfast I made some yummy Pecan, Chocolate, and Pumpkin Oats

  • 1/3 c oats, 1/3 c soy milk, 1/3 c water + mixed in flax seed and 1/2 c pumpkin

I topped the Oats off with

  • small handful of mini morsels
  • candied pecans
  • Zoe’s Granola
  • Fage (for extra creaminess)
  • spoonful of Barney Butter

Time to get ready for work and dash out the door!

My mini goal for today is to do two completely selfless acts…this one could be hard!
