Alright time for another 20 minute Tuesday workout! This one will get your heart rate up and then bring it down for maximum calorie burning!
Please excuse my crazy hair and sweaty mess, just got back doing an 8.5 mile run!!!
Time: 20 minutes
What you need: Timer, 5-10lb free weights, and a medicine ball or any type of ball.
Do each of these for 90 seconds and then repeat 3x
1. Suicides (watch video)
2. Single Leg Lunge with a Bicep Curl and Shoulder Press
3. Jump Rope
4. Single Leg Back Lunge with a Tricep Kick Back and Shoulder Press
5. Soccer Ball Toe Taps (watch video)
