Best Combo Ever

This morning instead of going to the gym, I decided to get in to work early so I can hit up my only KB class for the week. With all these meetings in the evenings I haven’t been able to take KB ALL WEEK! Plus with the extra time I was able to JUICE!!

Side Note: The juicer take about 5 minutes to hand wash, SO WORTH it!


The Goods


I peeled both the apple and the lemon, but I am not sure if I have to??


I love to vibrant color that comes out!


This was a great combo! I really loved the sweetness from the apple and I always feel great after drinking it!


I also made some waffles with half a banana, Maranatha AB, Greek Yogurt, and some granola.

I have been doing a bit of research on the benefits oj juicing and there is SO MUCH out there!

  • HELPS THE BODY DIGEST EASIER!!! This is important for two reasons: 1) it takes the workload off the body, so it doesn’t have to work so hard at digesting, and 2) you feel the results of the juicing almost immediately. People who juice nearly always report a boost of energy that lasts much longer than a cup of coffee, and is much healthier.


    I think one of the best reasons for me is that it helps me to digest my veggies easier. You all know that I have some major tummy issues that I find to act up more when I eat RAW whole veggies. I also like the fact that you feel the results IMMEDIELTY!
