Welcome Wednesday 🙂 We’re half way through the week friends, let’s finish strong!
This morning I did a little P90X AB Ripper, kicked my butt. I was a sweaty mess even though it was only 15 minutes long it was 349 core/ab exercises! am ready to see those abs they are promising me 😉
BREAKFAST
How about a Cereal “Sundaeâ€. I am not a huge cereal fan. I tend to be hungry 5 minutes later but today, I decided to beef it up a bit! This “Sundae†is packed with protein + fiber!
A glass of Nature’s Path Organic Flax Plus, Red Berry Crunch (about 1 cup) with 8 ounces of Greek Yogurt. Love this cereal, I just eat it as a snack sometimes 🙂
I also added ¼ cup of nuts (hoping this keeps me more full) ,1/2 chopped banana and strawberries.
Question: Are you taking a vacation this summer? If so where are you going???
I want to live vicariously through you all, because I will not be taking a vacation until after summer.
P.S. I having something to show you all later, can’t wait!

Howdy exceptional website! Does running a blog such
as this take a great deal of work? I’ve virtually no understanding of computer programming but I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
