After last night’s track workout my body was super SORE! I did 10×400’s @1:39pace with a 400 rest in between each one, on the dreadmil. Which was at 8.5 fast and 6.7 rest in between. The first couple 400’s were rough, but once I made it over 5 I felt strong, but getting over 8 was killer! I was so sweaty and exhausted, I would recommend this work out to anyone who wants to improve their speed!
When I got home I made a quick Taco Tuesday Dinner and headed out to Women’s Study. Well actually Hubby made dinner for me, love him!

After my last crock pot oats not turning out so well, I decided to give it another shot with my friend Sharri’s help.

They came out PERFECT! These are the creamiest oats I have EVER made!
Toppings:
- POM Seeds
- handful of trail mix with nuts and raisins
- tbsp brown sugar
- sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp Honest Food’s Pumpkin Flax Granola
- Spoonful of F&E’s Almond Butter
The nut butter ran right off my spoon 🙂
