Momâ€™s day minus one bro.
After last nightâ€™s track workout my body was super SORE! I did 10Ã—400â€™s @1:39pace with a 400 rest in between each one, on the dreadmil. Which was at 8.5 fast and 6.7 rest in between. The first couple 400â€™s were rough, but once I made it over 5 I felt strong, but getting over 8 was killer! I was so sweaty and exhausted, I would recommend this work out to anyone who wants to improve their speed!
When I got home I made a quick Taco Tuesday Dinner and headed out to Womenâ€™s Study. Well actually Hubby made dinner for me, love him!
After my last crock pot oats not turning out so well, I decided to give it another shot with my friend Sharriâ€™s help.
I put 2 cups of Steel Cut Oats and 8 cups of water in my Crock Pot last night for 10 hours on low. This morning I woke up to thisâ€¦
They came out PERFECT! These are the creamiest oats I have EVER made!
- POM Seeds
- handful of trail mix with nuts and raisins
- tbsp brown sugar
- sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp Honest Foodâ€™s Pumpkin Flax Granola
- Spoonful of F&Eâ€™s Almond Butter
The nut butter ran right off my spoon 🙂
