TUESDAY TIP: How about a drink?

Love it when I come back to work and have 32 voicemail messages 🙂 Made the morning fly right by. I am also day dreaming out my window about my vacation at the end of August!!


I think this is the last of the smoked salmon in the fridge 🙁


These are by far my favorite sandwiches. I just love the combination of goat cheese and smoked salmon.


I picked up these Root Chips from TJ’s last night, I could have eaten the whole bag!! They have sweet potato’s and parsnips in them!

TUESDAY TIP: How about a drink?

Instead of reaching for that Daiquiri or Margarita on Friday night make this tropical treat instead. It’s full of vitamins and immune boosters!

Tropical Tart & Sweet Smoothie

 fruit smoothiesMakes: approximately 1 serving (20 oz)


  • 1/2 cup frozen, chunked pineapple
  • 1/2 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 cup vanilla flavored almond milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (if needed, to desired consistency)


  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
