Day 5: Chicken & Fish

8 hours of work and I am home!! Is it Saturday already???

Breakfast

I made some banana whipped oats with some SUPER filling toppings.

Lunch

Leftovers from last night on top of a simple salad. I also had an apple.

With a slice of homemade whole wheat banana bread with PB ๐Ÿ™‚

Dinner

Then it was home for dinner ๐Ÿ™‚

I made a pot of whole wheat pasta and topped Hubby’s with homemade marinara sauce (just some organic tomato sauce with Italian spices). Topped with a grilled breast of chicken I threw on the Foreman for about 7 minutes with Rosemary and Thyme.

For me it was Mahi Mahi with a little Emerald Seasoning.

The best part of this dinner was what was under the fish. I sautรƒยฉed up some fresh mushrooms in EVOO and then mixed them in the pasta with just a little butter and fresh parm!! With some steamed asparagus. Good this be any more delicious (in the voice of Chandler Bing).

No plans for tonight. A FIRST.

Going to watch some episodes of Office and get to bed early. Long run in the morning ๐Ÿ™‚
