Have you been motivated this Monday? You know what I love about Mondays, it’s a brand new start of a brand new week 🙂 I love new beginnings! Even though mine started off a little rocky (spelt my coffee in the car) and I was even late to work! I CHOSE to start over as soon as I sat at my desk 🙂 I took three deep breaths and said a little prayer.

SNACK

Ok so breakfast did not hold me over as well as I would have liked it to. I was hungry at 9:30, which is almost and hour before I have my snack.  So I dug right into my lunch bag for my mid-morning snack.

I enjoyed a mini apple Nature’s Path Lotta’ Apricotta Chewy Granola Bar. I loved this flavor, the apricots really popped out in the bar!! I think this might be my favorite Nature’s Path bar of all.

LUNCH

For lunch I had a leftover sandwich from this weekend. We had some fixings left which made the perfect sandwich. It was a lot heavier then my normal veggie sandwiches, but it was exactly what my body was craving 🙂 .

Can I tell you how much I am loving this Racing Weight Book!! I have been reading it for about a week now and I can’t put it down!
