Happy Monday 🙂 !

Ok friends so I mentioned a couple weeks back about some changes that were going to be happening here at NHS. It is nothing radical just some fun. If you have been following me for a while then you might remember when I used to post something new everyday like, “Feeding Your Soul” Tuesday’s and Monday “Random Acts of Kindness”. Well I am kind of bringing some of that back.

I want NHS to be a place where readers are inspired to live the healthiest and happiest life possible. So in order to fulfill my mission I need to bump it up a bit with some more tools for everyone!!

Here is the deal. Each day of the week I am going to be posting something different.

Monday- Motivation!
Tuesday– Tips on Balanced Living
Wednesday– Workout Tips
Thursday- Time in the Kitchen (new healthy recipes)
Friday FUN ( give-aways, guest post, etc.)

MOTIVATION MONDAY

BREAKFAST

I was soooo craving some Coach’s OATS this morning!

I really like the texture of Coach’s Oats. They always seem to fill me right up!

All in the Cali Bowl

In the mix:

  • 1/4 cup oats+ 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup AM
  • pinch of cinnomen and a dash of vanilla
  • flax seed
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Toppings:

  • 1 mini apple nuked for 1 minute
  • dollop of FAGE
  • almond granola
  • 1 spoonful of Maranatha PB

Today is going to be a great day I have decided, time to be an inventor and I sail on my voyage!!
