Today I felt mixed with emotions. Physically I felt like CRAP! The food from yesterday still hasn’t left my body 🙁 I am glad that my body rejects the junk food, but this is the worst I have ever felt. I haven’t had a real appetite all day, but my co-workers wanted to take me out for lunch so I couldn’t let them down. They chose Mexican food so I stuck to something plain and simple. Chicken and Rice burrito with Avocado. Sorry for the lack of pics forgot my camera 🙁 When I got back, they also surprised me with CAKE and OJ! LOL…(I just had some OJ)
Needless to say, I felt loved by everyone and that part of the day was good, but my tummy was just pissed at me. The weather was also CRAP! It SNOWED at work!! I want SUMMER!
As soon as I walked in the door, I threw on my comfies and made a simple, but much needed dinner.

I also had some Kashi Crackers on the side and inside my soup.
Perfect dinner for a tummy ache. My body is DETOXING!
In other news….
This is the Balsamic Vinegar we got yesterday. Lucero’s Red Apple! This stuff is DA BOMB! I am so going to try and get this in my shop.
I have a few things to do before the Relay on Friday. I can’t believe I haven’t run since Sunday! I plan on going for a 4-5 mile run tomorrow afternoon depending on how my stomach is feeling. I am crossing my finger it will just go AWAY!!!
