TUESDAY TIPS FOR BALANCE LIVING: How I Stay Focused

I am so ADD sometimes that it can take me forever to do something so simple, because I get distracted easily!! Even blogging takes way longer then it should sometimes. So what do I do to keep on track? I set a timer! When I have a ton of things on my plate or at home I will break them up into tasks and assign them each a number of minutes (OCD I know). This way I stay focused on one thing at a time. I am the queen of multi-tasking, but sometimes multi-tasking can lead me to my detriment!! I still am working on not putting too much on my plate at one time and really setting priorities, but that is a whole other topic!

Question: How do you stay on task? Have you ever set a timer??
