First off I would like to say HELLLLLOOOOO to all my new readers 🙂 Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you stick around!

Lunch Platter 

I had to scrounge a bit to come up with a delicious and healthy lunch. Are cupboards and fridge are so bare!! Thank goodness I had a loaf of Natures Path, whole wheat bread in the freezer 🙂

I made a scrumptious sammie with a veggie patty from TJ’s, lots of spinach, tomato, and cucumber.


With a sweet and crunchy Gala apple 🙂


Since I was home I made another batch of Crock Pot Butter Nut Squash Soup. This will be great for lunch this week 🙂


Now I just need to figure out what to do with these bad boys?? I have already plenty of banana bread, banana and PB cookies, now what?!!!


I enjoyed resting with my feet up most of the day 🙂

I am so glad my stomach is just about back to normal. It’s funny how rest, water, real food and down time can really be the best medicine 🙂

Maybe I’ll actually make it to the grocery store today, or maybe not…time will tell.
